Scollo's firm represents a kind of oil dynasty in Ragusa.
In fact, it was born after the war, founded by Giovanni Scollo, and it was filed in 1959 at the Chamber of Commerce in Ragusa. Afterwards, Vito, Francesco and Mario Scollo took over the management of the business and nowadays their sons manage it.

Scollo's firm, thank to the experience made in a country where olive oil production is an old rustic tradition, has a relevant position in Italy for sales, stock-age and oil commerce. Scollo's firm trades a good selection of the best national and regional oil on market productions.

As regards cheese, Scollo's firm trades D.O.P "Ragusano", that is a production of "masserie" (farms) ragusane and "pecorino" cheese that comes from Madonie mountains.
