Use and advices for the maintenance

 

The use of extra virgin olive oil is particularly recommended in salads or in soups, while people who prefer lighter food may use olive oil to fry.

Some easy advices for use and maintenance:

  • The oil mast be consumed within 24 months from the date of packing.
  • The oil must be sheltered from the direct light because it may become rank.
  • The oil must be far away from spring heat and about 14°C.
  • Do not forget to close the bottle after use.
  • To use only glass or steel containers.
